Pros

Great experience all around. As a contractor I have learned most companies don't truly care for you as if you were one of their own. Liaison treats you as if you are family. They offer a series of benefits that most recruiting companies don't even care about. They are truly your "liaison" when negotiating pay or addressing a work environment concern. I can't talk highly enough about liaison and love working for them. Bottom line is when Liaison offers good pay, great benefits, work/life balance, employee advocacy and career support. You can't ask for much than that and I am a very proud Liaisoian!

Cons

None, after over 2 years of working through liaison I can't think of a single thing I would complain about.

Pros

I've been working for Liaison for 2 years, the Benefits package really good, They are pretty much hands off, Everything I've been told I was getting I've gotten. They went to bat for me and got me a nice raise and if I have any questions, the staff is very helpful and responsive. They throw company wide celebrations often and give you the opportunity to network with fellow Liaisonites.

Pros

The entire headquarters staff is extremely friendly, caring, and committed to making sure their contractors are happy and well compensated. I felt comfortable calling them with any issues and felt that my needs and suggestions were always taken into consideration. After working for so many companies that showed their employees absolutely no respect, it was a nice change to feel so welcomed and appreciated. All levels of management were completely accessible and did not give off an air or superiority, which again was rare from my past experiences.

Cons

Unfortunately, this dynamic didn't carry over to the company that I was contracted to work on site for. Although I felt appreciated and respected by Liaison, I did not get the same feeling from the office environment I spent my days in. Liaison management was aware of the situation that my team was in and did their best to keep us satisfied and happy.
