Great Company with Great Opportunities

Pros

-full benefits -friendly employees -opportunities to work with big name companies

Cons

-the large client I worked for had great bonuses and stock options for their full time employees, it was sometimes frustrating to put hard work in and not get rewarded like my fte “coworkers” **this is an issue anywhere when you’re a contractor, not exclusive to Liaison

Liaison tries to recognize our employees with small rewards when we are aware of outstanding work or completion of a difficult project. Unfortunately, we don't always know when these things occur. I realize that is not the same as stock options or huge bonuses and we will try to continue to add new ways to recognize Liaison employees so people feel valued by our clients AND by Liaison. Thank you for the feedback!

Incredibly impressive company - great place to be!

Pros

I started at Liaison as a temporary contractor for one of their clients - the interview process was incredibly smooth and Scott was wonderful at communicating with me. The entire team was great during the onboarding process and during my first few weeks with the team. I could not be more impressed with how warm and welcoming everyone was, and how dedicated they were to my success. I ended up receiving a full-time offer from their client, and although I'm excited about that, I am sad to leave the Liaison team! I highly recommend working here.

None at all. They are wonderful.
