Pros

The recruitment process was thorough, but very reasonable and empathetic.

Cons

They pawn you off as a contingent employee and do not follow up or check in with you. After a horrible cyber-bullying experience with my supervisor at the company I was designated to, Liaison simply left me out to dry and flat out said I was lying.

I'm very sorry for your negative experience. We have discussed your review and are not aware of any cyber-bullying claims being made at Liaison. Next time, please let us know so we can take action. I take bullying very seriously and believe I would remember this issue if it had been brought to my attention. With people generally being quick to anger these days, I pride myself on my continued sense of empathy. I find it to be critical to success in my role. If you are open to discussing your situation, I would be happy to hear from you. Good luck in all you do.

Pros

The Liaison team are all fantastic and want the best for you. From the interview process to my departure for a new opportunity, the HQ team was extremely friendly and genuine! The interview process with Sam was excellent - quick and efficient and extremely transparent. They don't hide anything from you and give you the facts! The client team I was a part of made me feel like a part of the team and allowed me to bring in new processes and ideas. Other pros for Liaison include competitive salaries, great benefits, 401K, and a bonus program.

Cons

After onboarding, I do wish Liaison would check in more to ensure things are going smoothly with the job and client. I would recommend maybe a quarterly or bi-monthly check-in. Being a sole part of the client team, I felt more like the client team than a Liaison employee. The other con is the PTO and Holidays, which are pretty limited. With other companies offering 12+ holidays along with unlimited PTO or more PTO opportunities in general could be a deal breaker.

Pros

If you're going to work in an industry where contracting is required, Liaison is the best agency to get hired by. Their team is supportive, they give great benefits and have gone out of their way time and time again to prove they're in it for the long-term with their employees.

Cons

None, I just wish we could do our team happy hours again, like the old days.

We miss happy hours too! It was great to see everyone at the holiday party and I hope we can get some more get togethers planned this year. Thank you for the feedback.
