It is true that corporate design is not always exciting and some of our onsite teams are flat in hierarchy. We encourage people to express their creativity through personal interests if the client work is not ticking that box for them. 100% Paid for Health Benefits - Employee only (not family) PTO Great leadership team and HR Team Events

Cons

Family Insurance is terribly expensive and not very good. Intranet and tools to check pay and submit time off are outdated and unintuitive. Hiring process can be a bit bumpy and take a long time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are currently in the process of benefits renewal and based on the feedback we've heard from yourself and others we are looking at different plans to try to offer some new options. No matter which company or plan we use for benefits, health insurance is just extremely expensive these days. We plan to keep paying for our employee's coverage in hopes it helps offset the cost for employees that add family members. If you have time for a conversation about what you want in a health plan, it would help HR tailor the plans we offer to what our employee's need. We invite your input.
