Pros

Flexibility with school schedule, Technology, Reward system, Calm environment management willingness to see your success as an intern. Overall positive experience. I see myself having a career with Liberty. They also have options within the company that are not directly sales positions

Cons

On the job training. I began attempting to sell products that I had limited knowledge of.

Pros

Good intern program with scheduled events, an internal 'intern' facebook type forum, bi-weekly conferences with members of upper management

Cons

-this could be specific to my group but it was a bit hard to integrate into the larger group, my managers boss was not really open with my involvement in anything other than my direct projects which was fine but it would have been nice to feel a bit more like the team

Pros

The money (for a college student) was good. Very clean, professional corporate environment. LM is introspective as a company, and puts emphasis on the internal structure.

Cons

The industry/product itself is very commoditized. It can be tedious, boring work. On the sales side, the company is not entirely invested in you, as you are only as valuable as the $ you bring in. Not necessarily unfair, but you need to show value first, before they'll invest time and effort into you. Again, not necessarily a con. Just know that.
