Pros

The people are great, friendly and knowledgeable. The benefits are good, and the bonus can be pretty good depending on the company's performance. Liberty is introducing a lot of work-life balance initiatives which is great to see, and depending on your position workplace flexibility is pretty good.

Cons

Working in IT is great, if you work in a unit that is with the times. Most of the software I've worked on was written in the early 2000's, and is tough to maintain. Technologies and practices are outdated. Other teams are using more modern tech, which is good to see and maybe my team will start to transition towards that.
