Pros

Direct management are very competent at what they do (although not so great at helping) Flexible with time off and benefits

Cons

Very monotonous work Supposedly a rotational program for management but when I loko at people who have completed the program they are doing the same thing as me (in my first month)

Pros

If you begin as a Claims Specialist 1, you automatically acrue 1.5/mo from January through October plus four floating holidays and seven regular holidays. A lot of emphasis on work/life balance.

Cons

If you are female, it can sometimes feel like the "boys club". Upper management is very removed and when they visit your office will not interact with you at all. Processes constantly change without notice and oftentimes the changes appear to be frivilous. The company has become very obsessed with "meeting numbers" rather than setting realistic goals for their employees.
