Liberty does not have the greatest senior management team. They know nothing about the department they are responsible for. The people that work in each department have worked there for over 20 years. Sometimes low turnover is not always a good thing.

Poor Management - There are supervisors supervising people & they don't even know how to do the job of their employees. Some supervisors micro manage to a point that employees feel as if they are in elementary school. Work/Life balance is talked about so much, but does not exsist. The company is too focused on final numbers & doesn't care what the eomplyees go through to try and reach those numbers.
