You only get a living increase raise unless you get a promotion. Promotions are non-existent, because the company is shrinking. They've had 2 terrible years in a row and they aren't filling roles that are vacated. I've worked my tail off for 3 years and haven't had 1 chance to interview for another role and haven't gotten anything other than the living increase raise that is about 1.5% a year. I have gotten great reviews and I've been a "team player," so the raises are not based on performance. 11 of 16 people I trained with are no longer with the company. They prefer high turnover over giving raises or promotions.

Where do I start. Warrenville is the worse location in the company! Horrible work life balance, supervisors who will stab you in the back, this location sets you up to fail. Employees are quitting by texting their supervisors, no call & no shows, quitting after their 2 week training.
