Pros

Generally, a well-performing company, despite what leadership would have you believe. Benefits are at-worst on par with the industry. Generous vacation time, hybrid flexibility, etc.

Cons

With a new CEO, Liberty has become incredibly stingy with all areas of the company, from office amenities and services, to bonuses and raises. Rather than trying to be a BEST place to work, leadership is trying to become a benchmarking company, staying exactly in line with its primary competitors. This has lead to many changes over the past couple of years that bring few positives and lots of negatives. In comparison to other Insurance companies, Liberty is one of the better-ish ones, but compared to its past, it is no longer employee first nor customer first. It is all about profit and making sure C-suite execs can count on fantastic bonus and retirement plans to support their second and third homes. Oh, and never be surprised when "mandatory" policies for the rest of the company are not followed by upper management.
