Pros

Great benefits, they will pay for education 100%. In addition, the medical benefits offered are also very good and depending on the office you work in the pay is not great but not terrible either.

Cons

The work environment is severely micromanaged. Getting into management is very political and it's less about being right for the job and more about knowing the right people or saying the right thing at the right time. Also, depending on where you work you may be working and evening shift for a long period of time. I worked until 9pm for 2.5 years.

Pros

Well, they'll probably hire you, so that's a plus. After 6 months full time work, you'll qualify for free tuition (as will a spouse or children). There's a wide variety of jobs available, but their call centers have the most hires. I was a student worker, and those positions offer the same hours and pay as any other school. I loved my co-workers and immediate management, though upper management could get tiresome.

Cons

In recent years, the focus has shifted to bringing in as many students as possible.

Pros

Loved the young energy. Fast paced work atmosphere. Runs like a well-oiled machine considering the size of the university. Christian atmosphere. Prayed before every work day with your shift's management team. They pay for up to 18 hours of classes a year once you have been there 6 months.

Cons

Very low pay for a pretty tough job. TONS of information to learn and be held responsible for and not much pay to recognize you for the amount of work you do. The residential school is funded by the online school so you are making the school a lot more money than you will ever see on your end. Every minute of your day is literally monitored by Cisco software (including how long you spend in the bathroom).
