Salary seemed okay at the time, teammates were nice

Cons

You work insane hours, easily 12+/day. If you leave after 8-9 hours, you get dirty looks, there was no work life balance and even if you gave 130% it was not enough. Management thinks they're motivating you by telling you you're not good enough
