      I liked the customers and our employee discount

      Cons

      Company says no sitting (even while pregnant), company didn’t pay time and a half for anything over 40 hours they paid half of your actual wage (for example employee makes $12 an hour well anything over 40 hours would only get you $6 an hour instead of $18, there would be times where there is one person working on a busy day but because the projections only called for one person and they won’t allow you to call a person in because it would create an excess of hours

      Decent culture, and great people to work with. A very comfortable atmosphere.

      Cons

      No job growth opportunities. Confusing hierarchy. No investment into current people. Low and unfair compensation.

      Pros

      Great entry level management position, they are willing to hire and train without previous experience, awesome employee discount (40%) for all positions, growth is easily attainable

      Cons

      Training, holding upper management beyond the store manager level to higher standards or more accountable. As a 2 year employee the Lack of care/help through the upper management levels is there but the problem is finding the right ear to help, few and far between. Pay isn’t too great, they rave about bonuses but unless you have at least a $500k location don’t get too excited.
