Good discount, casual dress code

Cons

Unprofessional environment, management does not support its staff. Outdated systems and processes make the job inefficient and time consuming. No respect is given to anyone who is new. Management has no concept of the industry and how far off they are from what other retailers are doing. Pay is not competitive and hours are long if you want to get promoted.
