Alot of hats to choose from. Decent 40% employee discount. Very laid back environment

Cons

Unprofessional staff Low pay for managers Backstabbing work environment Crowded stores, embroidery machine is a nightmare Urban, hip hop environment (rap music playing, gangster wannabe customers)

the discount is good and that is about it

Cons

really competitive with your coworkers because they judge you on sales percentages. The problem with that is that people have often found way to cheat. They count on you for Loss Prevention and Selling - so if the store get crowded and people steal from you - the first people they suspect is their employees. No raises - only promotions. Sometimes the only one in the store - that means no lunch. They will move you from store to store for reasons unknown to you.

The pay gets you by. Bridge to next job. If you have to work here then do it. 40% off hats. Free stitching on hats. Always get 1st dips on product.

Cons

Everything that could go wrong does go wrong with the District E03. That's the New York--New Jersey area. Please steer clear unless it's you last option. Hell is a better place.
