Pros

Employees, Enviorment, and the discount.

Cons

This is absolutely the worst company to work for. I beg that you take great caution when accepting there job offer. Okay so where do I begin: this company is extremely UNORGANIZED from corporate all the way down to store management. My first pay check was a week late my third pay check was late and now after working 4 months with the company im receiving another late pay, which I find weird because I have direct deposit, like this company is so unorganized that they messed up a direct deposit pay. There is NO training, they give you a job and expect you to know how to do it and then are upset when you dont. They dont tell you about sales they are having until the day of. Shipments are ALWAYS late sometimes causing some product to miss a sale. Theres no communication between the DM and the SM. Oh and to top it off if you were hired as a FT employee and your store is doing bad expect to be getting part time hours. I was hired as a FT ASM and I now work 20 hours a week, and although my store is currently doing good my DM refuses to give our store more hours. You dont get time in the half for NO holiday and the benifits suck and are over priced. Please avoid this company if you can.

Pros

Discount on hats & free embroidery

Cons

The company is very shady and there is no room for growth. The employees are liars and breaks are horrible because there are none. Employees choose to leave when they please and so do managers. ASM's seem to feel like their only responsibility is embroidery and nothing else. Everyone steals each other embroidery and sales. DM does nothing and can sometimes be hard to contact so you have to deal with problems that are caused by your employees with them. Requires long days and even though they hire young adults that are in their early 20s they still believe your availability should be open. Part time associates barely get any hours, and even some of my employees have been off work for weeks at a time.
