      Pros

      The people you meet while working at lids, everyone would lend a hand with your training. It's a good company for high school and college students that's not looking for a long term job

      Cons

      Another dead end retail job with promises of advancement in the company and doesn't follow through when the time arrives for advancement. When it comes for managers to get a decent salary, don't expect it
