      Great starting job in a fun, young company

      Pros

      They have a very friendly and young staff. The entire environment is very laid back and casual, including the dress code. Their executives are very friendly and helpful to everyone from other executives down to secretaries and new hires. It is also a great place to start out and develop because they hire a lot of younger employees. They are also very accommodating when it comes to flexible hours and work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay wasn't as competitive as I would have liked it to be compared to other internships I looked at. Other than that there weren't too many downsides.

      Pros

      Growing company in both the sports licensed business and the fashion business. If you like sports your in luck because it's part of your job to know who is leading each division weather it be baseball, NFL, NCAA, etc. You need to be able to project the winners. Also very casual work inviroment with jeans on weekdays and shorts in the summer. Summer hours in the office from Memorial Day to Laborday meaning 7:00 to 5:00 Monday through Thursday and then 7:00 to 11:00 on Friday. A lot of freedom is given to you as long as you get the job done.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry average, very hard to get increase in pay. Some of the benefits are more expensive then their peers. In general I have to admit if you like sports, fashion and hats it is a great place to work but they are slow to match the market on pay. People who have been with the company a while get minimal raises while people they bring in from the outside as the company grows receive higher salaries.
