      Pros

      Job can be fun and rewarding to talk to customers. People are generally nice. Staff were great to work with. Had some very good times.

      Cons

      The hours are spotty and management above the store level seemed to be out of touch with employees and assisting stores. Stores will require assistance and the assistance does not come soon enough.

      Flexible schedule, my manager was awesome, discount was fairly good.

      Cons

      Discount had to be "earned" and no one knew how it actually worked, pay could've been better especially since they have contracts with so many teams and schools for official team gear.
