Depending on the store you work at, the environment can be great and your team is awesome
Cons
If you are a hard worker and take your job seriously some district managers will keep you from moving up and if you do, you will get the store no one wants and be set up for failure. Also with the embroidery machine you are expected to do skilled labor for minimum wage, do with that as you will.
