The people at Lids are very positive. It is a fun place to work and operates like a small, close-knit business rather than a large corporation.

Cons

The technology used in the stores is outdated and inefficient. Much of the bookkeeping and inventory maintenance for the stores is done by hand, leading to a high potential for errors and a tremendous amount of wasted time and payroll dollars.
