Pros
Great discount, apparel, and culture of your coworkers. Some locations push creativity at the job.
Cons
Do not expect any raises in your years of employment. I have unfortunately worked with multiple employees that have worked 5+ years with no type of raise (other than minimum wage adjustment). Or just a location transfer comes with the raise. Also their “zero tolerance” rules are used against their employees in instances of customers getting “physical”. Do not stay here long term.
