If you like hats and new fashion then this job is for you. Decent 40% discount. Not hard to get a job there.

Cons

Long hours. Store manager's must work at least 45 hours but won't get paid for the extra 5 hours. Quick turnover once your employees realize the job requires too much work. Floor changes occur with little to no help because your employees don't get enough hours. But instead, the company decides to open a brand new location. If you have been there a long time, lets say over 5 years and wonder why you haven't gotten a pay raise, that's because they don't give them unless you are promoted to a different location in your company. If you don't move then your pay stays the same. Price changes will drive any man insane. Christmas promos are the same as a regular Saturday promo. Buy 1 get 1 half off
