      Pros

      People are great in the company, room for growth. Paid overtime past 48 hours worked work off the clock sometimes

      Have to pay out of pocket for a lot of things to be done in the store correctly.

      Pros

      This job was easy and didn't require much skill. Plus, you get an excellent discount (40% off). This job would definitely be ideal for someone newly out of high school.

      Cons

      The hours required from this job were a bit ridiculous. While only being open from 10am to 9pm doesn't sound demanding, add in the requirement of being on call 24/7 and it becomes a bit consuming. As a store manager, you're expected to run the store "as if you own it", meaning you work as many hours as necessary for the success of your store. And with a staff of only 3-4 people, work-life balance is nonexistent. You're never compensated for this work. The district manager relies HEAVILY on their store managers because it keeps them from having to work too hard. Often times, you end up answering to someone who is in the same position as you.

      Easy job, spend most of your time talking about hats and sports with customers, very little difficult work to accomplish.
