Pros

Big company that is attempting to grow in new markets. Namely they have reached into the sporting world and now hold contracts with major sport brands as their official merchandiser.

Cons

Slow to react to change. Unwilling to change their management and operations style to fit the new direction of the company. Stuck trying to make everything fit like its a hat store in a mall.

Great place to work. Don't make $1,000,000 a year, but the Benefits are worth everything. Fun place to learn the retail sales world. It will prepare you for success with this company or future retail jobs.

Cons

Not enough hours to hire more part time help. Not very good with product demand in stores.
