      Pros

      It is a wonderful environment to interact with the general public in an exciting setting. They have a diverse range of products/services. It's premise is to have fun and sell hats.

      Cons

      You are not fairly compensated for your work. They preach that they like to promote from within, but after being ranked as the #! overall rated employee for two years running as well as taking on additional training of management while posessing a bachelor's degree I did not recieve a single raise and in fact was misled to believe that I would be compensated for the additional training I provided for their recruits. They would rather replace a great employee than increase their pay. Bottom line, the company is growing but the employees are viewed as expendable.
