Schedule Flexibility, Family Orientated, Awesome Training, Benefits, Liebherr has high standards for work preformed and produces nothing but quality! Laid back environment due to employees understanding what’s expected of them and producing quality work. The VP Jochen is very professional and kind, he truly makes you feel welcome- almost every other day he will greet you with a hand shake, Tell you “Good Morning” asks how you’re doing and remembers your name!

Cons

I wish the insurance was a little cheaper.

Pros

I don’t think you can get better benefits anywhere else. 491k starts day one 6% match, medical, dental, vision, tuition assistance, ford dealership discount, Verizon discount, tuition assistance, etc. the environment is clean and for the most part organized. Pays a slight bit less than similar jobs at the shipyard without having to deal with the harsh environments at the yard.. 7 days personal time every year and 2 weeks paid vacation. The holidays that you get paid for are almost all the same as a government job except maybe one or 2 less paid holidays. Good group of people the work is never really stressful. Great place to gain valuable skills.

Cons

It takes a good bit longer to level now For new employees which is a little unfair if you prove you have the skills you still have to wait a long time for each level up. Management is ok but some complain previous management was better although I do not think it is that bad.
