      - Job security - Good "social plans" - Depending on your boss(es), flexibility on the working hours (for example if you want to take a morning/afternoon on your hours)

      Cons

      - 45 hours!!! - German management style - A lot of little unpleasant things (disgusting parking, cantine & parking which can be far away from your workplace, crowded cantine, only 1 fixed break in the morning between 09h00-09h15, moving around the factory takes a lot of time (no more bicycles), inequality among employees,...) - Workplace policies are too rigid (German management style)

      family oriented business, very liberal and generous working with parents and their schedules, flexible work schedules

      Cons

      upward movement is limited as employees stay for very long periods of time (20+ years), so opening are few and far between
