      Pros

      The company is still family owned, their products are very good and company benefits are great! Good core values to follow.

      Cons

      Working conditions are not so good, internal department don't get along well with each other so we can't be seen as working for the same company.

      Everyone very approachable gained a lot of experience in design field and analysing of materials and components

      Cons

      Somewhat monotonous designing of cranes on cad software, if required to travel it is not optional
