Great company great people! However the big money was made by the Austrians and Germans.

Great people, very friendly, caring. Company came from a small town so it was a very family like atmosphere.

Cons

The Americans were the worker bees. It seemed only Germans and Austrians were on top of the totem pole.

Cons

Steady Career. Poor policy for Career development. Salary could be higher and compared to the world wide big players. To offer better health insurance.
