      There are some great colleagues; some young and some are old timers that aren't stingy to guide you (depending on the department tho).

      Cons

      The manager expects you to be an adult and independent of your work, yet, when you give suggestions, he is not willing to consider it nor give a proper explanation why he disagrees with it. As you'll be coordinating between internal and external stakeholders, you're responsible to answer when things don't go as plan even though tasks at the Workshop or Logistic is out of your control and Sales will question you a lot. Sometimes the Finance too. Lastly, they lack automation or digitalisation as most old timer refuse to learn or adapt to technological advances. (Simply said, change is hard.)
