Pretty good benefits, decent pay

Cons

Although they talk about career progression a lot when asked several times how I can take on more management type roles there was never really an answer.

Thank you for your review! We are proud to offer a wide range of benefits to our employees, including our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), which is a completely LCE-funded benefit that allows employees to benefit directly from the company's success. With regard to promotion opportunities in to management positions, that depends on a lot of factors, but we are very focused on offering those opportunities to our employees when they do open up.

Great Company, low stress

Pros

CEO makes it a point to introduce himself to every employee. Treated well by management and is low stress compared to other larger companies that do similiar work..

Cons

Pay is a little low compared to similiar positions in govt/larger companies and there's little opportunity to advance.
