      Pros

      Local ownership gives this mature company a small-company feeling. Transparent management style encourages and recognizes individual accomplishments. Employee Engagement means social events, laughs and a commitment to Professional Development. Good salaries & benefits.

      Cons

      More opportunities for advancement would be nice... they seem to be in our near future! I suppose we could use a faster Internet connection, too. There's really not much to complain about.

      Great employee-centric culture....good benefits, continuing professional development, promote from within & low turnover. Strong communications between all levels or the company. Applied Technology Group is experiencing excellent strategic growth and phenomenal opportunity.

      Cons

      Company is growing and with it comes the challenge of change. Management & employee committess are in place to manage change....but it is not real-time.
