Cons

Unprofessional, Immature management in sales operations. Medical/Dental benefits prices are too high. No room for growth within Sales Operations. Commission rates are very low in comparison to other sales teams.

Pros

Life Fitness has a fantastic, energetic and entrepreneurial culture. They embrace the fact that they are in the fitness industry and strongly encourage healthy life styles in their employees.

Cons

Employees are not always fairly represented in company processes. They have, by far, the worst travel and entertainment reimbursement processes I have ever seen. I always ended up expending significant amounts of my own money just to avoid the battle over each and every penny. In hindsight, I would seriously reconsider working for them simply based on my experiences with this appalling process.
