Managers are given complete autonomy to run their business. Opportunity to learn on the go and be creative.

Cons

Lack a leadership and accountability. Very short term views on the future, only see the next quarter and forget about the long term strategy.

OK benefits. Great people to work with on the shop floor.

Cons

Give you holidays off then make you work the next weekend. Office employees only there 40 hr weeks while production employees are working 60 hr weeks. Great difference between what is happening on floor vs what management thinks. Pay is horrible in every department. Often said #1 company in the world by upper management but only pays employees avg salary.
