Great people to work with If it wasn't for the people you work with the job would be a complete nightmare

Cons

They don't care about the employees They work you like a dog for pennies on the dollar No advancement opportunities There is no such thing as a 40 hour week there they like to force you to work thanksgiving to Christmas every year that's 23 days of 10 hour days

Cons

a lot of budget cuts and moves. Depends a lot on Brunswick parent company financials. People are overworked. HR questions all hiring and promotion decisions.
