Incredible manufacture of commercial fitness products with incredible brand recognition and a very large product line for all commercial applications.

Cons

Virtually impossible to move up in the company regardless of performance. On average the best territory sales managers last about 5 years before moving to another company or industry so they can continue to advance.

Associates help each other and train when needed

Cons

Management never gives clear career path to associates and spends 3/4 of the day in meetings, when on the floor cannot assist with issues and goes to the higher level associates under them for help. Very high turn-over rates, temp associate philosophy here is sickening, department is made up of 80% temporary associates lacking the proper skills to know daily operations.
