Pros

There are many good, hardworking, and smart people who work here. The salaries are barely competitive which is a mystery why these people stick around.

Cons

Virtually no career advancment opportunities. Lack of training is apparent. Overall a cheap company that spends most of its money on marketing and sales. Misguided at most times.

Work life balance is important to everyone. Keeping fitness as a priority is also important. The atmosphere is usually laid back and casual.

Cons

Lack of communication between top managment and employees, not much room for advancement in your career, isolation between different departments with in the company.
