Great open door policy with District and Area Managers. They listen and understand.

Cons

Rate of pay is the reason they cannot get hires to come on board or stay for any period of time here in NY.

Great work life balance, 9-6pm Monday-Saturday, Sunday's 9am-1pm

Cons

Sometimes you may have to clean out a unit that a customer leaves or doesn't pay for sweeping up the property when it's hot outside shoveling some snow if you're in the Northeast .

Pros

I worked alone most of the time and it was very easy work. Really liked that when we close the office, people in the building could still stay as the office was separated from the storage building.

Cons

Too many rules and regulations and you would be penalized if you forgot to get a form signed. It was scary at first because walking in a storage facility all alone at night is not my cup of tea but eventually i got use to it.
