Co-workers are uplifting, the majority of the members enjoy the experience and the interaction with employees
Cons
Worse than high school. Gossip runs rampant especially about members. I'm a college graduate and retired military officer. I was looking for a non-stressful retirement option but management spends more time complaining about corporate and gossiping about members and other management. Additionally, pay is lousy and if you efficient in your job you penalized by being sent home early or forced to stay late twiddling your thumbs.
