      Decent company, hours management puts in is ridiculous

      Pros

      I love the people I work with, my team, and also the other managers I work with are great. GM is relatively understanding when you have to take a sick day/kid is sick. Get to talk to a lot of interesting people and help them achieve their fitness goals.

      Cons

      I am a salaried employee. My days off are Friday and Sunday. And yet, I still have to go in every other Sunday for mandatory staff meetings, and am asked to work on Fridays to assist with club events. I end up working an ungodly amount of hours and get 1 or two complete days off each month.

      Pros

      Free Gym Membership Decent Salary Employees don't nag you like they do with paying customers.

      Cons

      Terrible office culture (Poor performance in all departments) Department head was deceitful (incorrectly filling out documents for records)(And about scheduling shifts) Many employees come to work high and smoke during break.

      Enjoyable co-workers, good part time job

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working with my co-workers, and above minimum pay wage. Several different opportunities within the child care center, could also work birthday parties and summer camps. The people they hire are awesome! Free gym membership, often receive tips from birthday parties.

      Cons

      Several different Department heads came in while I worked there. All were nice, but changing every few months was tiresome.
