Pros

You know exactly what is expected of you, everything is structured and well organized. You know who your bosses are and you know that everyone is going to be treated fairly. Many opportunities for advancement within the market. Yearly reviews often conclude in a payment increase depending on your performance. Additionally you are given a free Platinum membership.

Cons

The pay is very low when it comes to the competitive market. However, the office environment is beyond compare to any other job. Everyone is understanding and helpful.

Pros

The people and the environment make the job fun. You get a free membership that is around a $120 a month value. The job is easy and the hours go by quickly. The hours are very flexible and it is easy to change around shifts and get work covered.

Cons

Corporate does not pay close enough attention to the opinions of the team members. There are no scheduled raises unless you are promoted. I've never seen someone get an annual raise.

Pros

If there were any pros beyond the free membership, I haven't encountered any. You'll be greeted by plenty of smiling faces, and they'll tell you what you want to hear.

Cons

Don't ask about the automatic enrollment in the pay card that they use company wide. Expect the department head, assistant department head, and the general manager to stab you in the back if you do. The GM doesn't know State pay regulations, didn't understand what I was asking, and didn't want to hear my questions. The DH doesn't understand the difference between agreeing to the pay card (required under state law), and activation of the pay card. Corporate and management is more concerned about sales and profit than about employees, or how long a process takes. So make sure you DON'T work past your scheduled hours. Because of my question, I had my hours reduced, though I have no way to prove that this was done. To be honest, I could get paid MORE working at a fast food establishment, than I could here. If you want to be a 'happy drone', keep your mouth shut.
