      Not Worth The Headache

      Pros

      A free membership for yourself and all of your kids

      Cons

      - very few opportunities for growth - a ton of turnover in management - departments aren’t nice to each other - many members are rude and inconsiderate - employees aren’t recognized - the past doesn’t stay in the past - I was ostracized for an incident that happened over a year ago by employees in different departments - management is barely there to lead - compensation is abysmally low compared to other places - unbiased promotions/promotions b/c they are friends with management - breaks are not scheduled - management doesn’t appreciate feedback - feedback is often ignored

      Amazing Fitness Team. Dedicated professionals and the best in the industry. Free membership.

      Cons

      Management expectations for what work they can demand from Group Fitness, is excessive. You get paid for 1 hour but must be there for 1.5 hours. 30 minutes unpaid while you clean, as in wash floors etc, and campaign building member experiences. You don't get raises. So if you're hoping for more money, you're going to have to plead for it. Team is often left without direction. Ops is a disaster. Failure to meet expectations. The Fitness Team has been trying to pick up their slack for over a year. Many members are very entitled and can be aggressive and rude.

      -Great work environment -Positive people -Ability to move around within stations for ex I started in ops then did a bit of front desk concierge and kids academy.

      When Management was moved around the place wasn’t up to par anymore
