      Pros

      Life Time Fitness offers the best fitness facilities I have ever seen for both members and employees. I've worked for more than one location and visited several others and had great experiences at all of them.

      Cons

      The facilities are so big that it can be intimidating to new gym members. I can see how someone may get the impression that the fitness staff is unfriendly HOWEVER its because they are busy trainer clients. They have highly qualified trainers with a high success rate for helping members reach their goals.

      - Free membership - Access to great info on health, wellness, nutrition, and exercise - Very easy work; makes a great second job or part time job for students - Work with others with similar healthy lifestyle goals - Structure; they teach you what they want you to know for the most part

      - Job happiness is heavily reliant on the quality of management at your particular location - Lots of turnover - Limited positive feedback - Environment seems to promote gossip among employees/negativity - Lower wages/benefits
