Pros

Benefits That’s pretty much it really.

Cons

Very low pay Absolutely no room for growth - you will feel stuck Incompetent management in different departments ESPECIALLY those in HR No more paid lunches Cannot use sick time without being penalized Cares more about the “numbers” more than its employees doing the work

Thank you for your feedback. LNH has experienced significant growth and as a result there have been many changes. Change is never easy and as a result some feel left out and underappreciated, that is not our goal, our goal is the opposite. Please feel free to contact your HR Business Partner to discuss your concerns directly. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

CEO really cares about the mission. Coming from a for profit this has been an great change. He also cares about employees much more so than my past experiences. During the pandemic, every employee kept their job, upper management made some sacrifices to ensure all other employees remained whole. Some employees had to move into new roles, but all kept their salary and benefits. Also- a lot has been done since the VERY start of the pandemic to ensure employee safety was always a priority.

Cons

Every company has its positives and negatives, but I wouldn't trade my position for anything.
