Pros
Good pay and benefits. Lots of overtime available. Comfortable work environment. Some room for advancement.
Cons
Highly stressful. Too much required overtime and on-call. They don't want you to ever use your vacation or sick time. Have to put in for time off at least 2 months in advance. They say you can move elsewhere in the company, but it can be difficult, and you have to be in your current position for at least one year first.
