Pros

Location was close to home able to make my own schedule pretty much independent practice lots of lunch time meetings for help on a case

Cons

They let me go because i had been out of work for 5 months wth an injury. Working part time does not give you enough hours to protect your job. Alot of upper management changes, affecting leadership

Pros

Flexible schedule. I think the medical benefits are good, pretty standard compared to most places; however, I am also without kids and do not have major health issues so I don't need much besides preventative stuff. The leadership in our state of WI is very receptive to feedback and involved with getting to know the different clinics. Nice facilities, computers given for work. Generally I feel like I get a good match with clients. Pay is good.

Cons

With fee for service pay there's no PTO given. It would be nice to have something, even if it was a week of sick leave or something like that. I think the lack of PTO creates more pressure to work through illness, extra around vacations, etc. I've had a number of clients struggle with billing issues and while I'm not sure what can be done with that, that can definitely impact client care and how they see LifeStance. There are free continuing education credits offered; however, they are typically not credits that I have interest in or are done in a format that doesn't work well for me. It would be nice to have some reimbursement for this (even a few hundred a year would go a long way on some sites like PESI).
