Other coworkers I really can't think of any more.

Cons

Your wages are clawed back. Your supposed to be paid per service but quickly find out you cover there overhead. They littleraly take back what you've been paid.

Pros

I like Lifestance because they respect their employees and offer ample opportunities for growth. Management is very responsive to feedback and ideas

Cons

Salaries were only monthly but they just made it twice monthly

Never Ending Mistakes/Patient Complaints

Pros

Equipment provided, remote work, available leaders, thorough training.

Cons

Patients scream at you all day because the company balance bills and makes massive errors. You have no control to help fix problems, you can only send messages to other teams but the other teams don’t care about our department (and they don’t talk to the patients) so the problems are never fixed and it’s a never ending cycle. Stressful is an understatement.
