Pros

The pay is competitive, and I’ve never had to worry about whether or not I’d receive a paycheck.

Cons

The company itself is unstable. They completely reorganized their operating structure in summer 2024, which caused hundreds of people to find new positions within the company, many of which were not nearly as ideal as their initial places.

I work from home but it's only the Intake department . The front desk staff works from the office.

Cons

Don't rely on the bonuses

Pros

I have a lot of help, and as a new employee people are very patient and helpful. This is a great place to work. They have very nice people.

Cons

The training could be better. The system is the one that is giving me a headache. However there are always someone ready to help.
