Time off the phone for a couple of hours

Cons

Poor communication between management and departments. The supervisor over the Beachwood branch doesn’t have a clue on what the medical service coordinator is supposed to be doing. It’s like the blind leading the blind. The doctors act like they are incapable of answering patients messages. All around horrible work environment.
